License Agreement:
This license agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by Panaramique LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor," and the user, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee."

Grant of License:
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and publicly display the b-roll footage identified in the accompanying documentation (the "Footage") for the following purposes:

Online Use: The Licensee may use the Footage in online videos, websites, and social media platforms.

Broadcast Use: The Licensee may incorporate the Footage into television broadcasts, documentaries, and other broadcasted media.

Educational Use: The Licensee may use the Footage for educational purposes, including presentations, lectures, and non-commercial training materials.

Restrictions:
The Licensee may not sell, sublicense, or distribute the Footage on a stand-alone basis or as part of a competing product.
The Licensee may not use the Footage in a way that could be considered defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
The Licensee may not use the Footage in a manner that implies endorsement, association, or affiliation with any third party without prior written consent from the Licensor.

Ownership:
The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Footage, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights.

Termination:
This license is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate the license at any time if the Licensee breaches any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement.

Disclaimer:
The Footage is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Footage.

Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America.
By using the Footage, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement
